This role focuses on building, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and members.

- Help establish sales objectives and develop action plans aligned with business plans and commercial priorities.
- Build, develop, and maintain business relationships with individuals, businesses, associations, and groups to promote relevant products and services.
- Prospect for new opportunities and actively contribute to business development and sales objectives.
- Identify and analyze client needs, develop customized solutions, and prepare integrated service proposals that balance customer satisfaction, profitability, and risk.
- Advise and assist clients while ensuring they receive appropriate products and services based on their needs.
- Negotiate product and service terms in accordance with established standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor industry developments and market conditions to identify new business development opportunities.
- Participate actively in public relations initiatives and maintain a strong presence within the local business community.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education, qualifications, and relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance client satisfaction, profitability, and risk.

- French language proficiency is required.
