Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a full-time Guest Service Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival
• Provide information about the hotel, room features, spa, dining, and amenities
• Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation requests efficiently
• Handle in-house guest needs such as reservation modifications, extensions, late check-outs, and rebooking’s
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, or in person
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including billing, payments, and charges
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, helpful manner
• Maintain daily logs, checklists, and front desk reports
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, special packages, promotions, and local attractions

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with PEP preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A natural problem-solver with a service-first attitude
• Previous front desk, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred
