Senior Payroll Officer in Toowong, Queensland at Dovida

About this opportunity

You will be a senior member of our national payroll team, mentoring and coaching payroll officers and supporting our offices across Australia

• Support the Payroll Operations and Systems Manager in the delivery of effective and efficient payrolloperations
• Act as a point of escalation andlead a team of 3 to 4Payroll Officers
• Maintain specialist knowledge of Payroll Practices, Employment Legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
• Complete all necessary compliance lodgments for single touch payroll, superannuation, and Portable LSL
• Prepare payroll reporting for management as required
• Drive to achieve continuous improvement in the overall payroll processes

About you:

• Experience inend-to-end payroll andin a senior or similar role
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong award and enterprise agreement interpretation, with a sound understanding of superannuation and long service leave legislation
• Experience with Aurion payroll system is highly desirable
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
