We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will play a vital role in creating positive experiences, supporting our medical team, and helping establish the standard of care and hospitality that defines GoodNeighbor Vista Boulevard Animal Hospital.

What You'll Do

Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every client and patient
• Build lasting relationships with pet owners through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling, check-in, check-out, and follow-up communications
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion

Front Desk Operations

• Connect patients with doctors and veterinary team members efficiently
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process payments and financial transactions accurately
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
• Support daily hospital operations and administrative tasks

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
• Help establish and uphold hospital standards, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture
• Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing hospital environment

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years' client service representative experience required, preferably within the animal health industry but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced and emotionally charged environment
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and practice management software
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
• Passion for supporting pets, clients, and fellow team members
