ICMS is looking for an experienced PWO Manager (Project Work Order Manager) who is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining project work orders and related work activities within the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). This position ensures that demand maintenance orders, preventive maintenance orders, operational work orders, and project work orders are accurately entered, updated, and closed within established timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage Project Work Orders (PWO) and related work activities through the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
· Enter and maintain Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO), Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO), Operational Work Orders (OWO), and Project Work Orders (PWO) in GFEBS within established timelines.
· Review work-order documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures before entering information into GFEBS.
· Enter labor and material costs into GFEBS within two working days of DMO or applicable work-phase completion.
· Input, update, correct, and maintain work-order data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the GFEBS database.
· Monitor work orders for missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinate with project, maintenance, and operations personnel to resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate records of work-order activity and ensure required documentation is properly associated with applicable work orders.
· Review and reconcile labor and material cost information against supporting documentation and reported work completion.
· Monitor established work-order timelines and follow up on outstanding or overdue actions.
· Support project managers, facilities managers, maintenance supervisors, and other stakeholders by providing work-order status and cost information.
· Generate and maintain work-order reports and data extracts from GFEBS as required for project tracking, management reviews, and reporting.
· Follow applicable government, contract, GFEBS, and organizational procedures governing work-order management and data entry.
· Perform other related project work-order, data management, and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 3+ years of experience in work-order management, project administration, facilities operations, maintenance administration, or a related field.
· Experience entering, tracking, and maintaining work-order or project data in an enterprise business, financial, maintenance-management, or asset-management system.
· Experience with GFEBS strongly preferred; experience with comparable government or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems may be considered.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Security Clearance:
Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)
Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.
