• Managed Package Architecture: Define and implement technical strategies for extending Salesforce managed packages while maintaining compatibility with package namespaces, vendor updates, and future upgrade paths.

• Leankor Customization: Where applicable, design and optimize custom workflows and project management extensions using Leankor capabilities, including Kanban, Gantt charts, and resource management components.

• Advanced Salesforce Development: Build high-performance Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes, along with Lightning Web Components (LWC), that interact effectively with managed package objects and protected metadata.

• Package Upgrade Management: Plan and execute package version upgrades, assess potential impacts on custom triggers, overrides, and integrations, and minimize regression risks and service disruptions.

• Namespace and Technical Governance: Apply Salesforce development best practices, manage namespace prefixes, prevent naming conflicts, and implement robust error handling across managed and unmanaged components.

• User Experience Customization: Develop tailored interfaces using field sets, custom settings, and LWC to enhance standard managed package layouts and improve usability.

• Complex Data Modeling: Design and maintain relationships between standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities, including integrations between project management and Salesforce Field Service work orders.

• DevOps and Deployment: Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for managed package-dependent applications, ensuring reliable deployments and migrations across sandbox environments.

• Strong proficiency in Apex development, including triggers, controllers, and batch processing, as well as Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Understanding of Salesforce managed package architecture, namespace management, protected metadata, customization boundaries, and package upgrade strategies.

• Experience designing complex Salesforce data models and integrating managed package objects with standard and custom Salesforce entities.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

• Ability to analyze technical dependencies, troubleshoot application issues, manage upgrade risks, and maintain compatibility across releases.
