$90,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, safeguarding the wellbeing of our community.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient facility management.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, implementing improvements as needed to enhance resident satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wisconsin
- Experience in assisted living, CBRF, memory care, or long-term care; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Associate degree or higher in nursing, or qualifying healthcare experience with the ability to complete the DHS-approved Assisted Living Administrator course
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, medication oversight, and change-in-condition management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of results
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
