Valerie Tichy-Drummer's State Farm agency is looking for a knowledgeable, relationship-focused professional who wants to help customers explore insurance and financial services solutions for their long-term goals.

As an established agency serving the San Jacinto Valley since 1986, we believe in building relationships, listening carefully, and helping customers make informed decisions. We're interested in candidates with financial services experience as well as motivated individuals who have the aptitude to learn and are willing to pursue the required licensing.

What You'll Do

• Help customers understand applicable financial services and insurance-related solutions.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and identify appropriate opportunities for further discussion.
• Explain product features, benefits, and important considerations clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the agency team to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements.
• Participate in community relationship-building and outreach activities as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial services, insurance, sales, or investment-related customer education is preferred.
• Appropriate California licensing for assigned responsibilities, or the ability and willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to pursue applicable securities registrations and other required qualifications if the role involves regulated securities activities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• A professional approach to sensitive financial conversations.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, compliance, and customer-focused service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Not fully licensed yet? Valerie is open to considering the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential and is willing to complete the required licensing process. Any licensing support will depend on the role, applicable requirements, and agency arrangements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $50,000–$67,000, depending on experience.
• Potential performance-based bonuses or commissions, depending on the final compensation plan.

Schedule and Location

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be considered, depending on the candidate's qualifications and the needs of the position. Compensation for part-time schedules will be adjusted based on hours worked.
