Vision Healthcare, LLC is a Virginia-licensed home health agency specializing in home infusion therapy and skilled nursing services. We are seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing Home Infusion team.

As a Home Infusion RN, you will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, administering specialty infusion therapies while building meaningful relationships and improving patient outcomes. IMPORTANT: These are 1099 Independent Contractor positions.

• Pay: $50–$55 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
• PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and clinician availability
• Active professional malpractice insurance is required
• Independent contractors are responsible for maintaining their required professional credentials, licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage.

• Administer prescribed home infusion therapies, including IV antibiotics, biologics, IVIG, hydration, and specialty medications.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after infusions.
• Start peripheral IVs and manage PICC lines, Midlines, Ports, and Central Venous Catheters.
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, infusion therapy, and catheter care.
• Draw laboratory specimens as ordered.
• Accurately document patient care in the agency's electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable regulatory standards.

• Current, unrestricted Virginia RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience required.
• Home infusion, ICU, ER, Oncology, or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion required.
• Experience with vascular access devices preferred.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Active professional malpractice insurance required.
• Ability to work independently and provide safe, compassionate care in patients' homes.
