Firehouse Subs is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Leader to help lead our restaurant team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, motivating others, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

As a Team Leader, you'll work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, team-oriented workplace.

• Lead by example and provide excellent customer service.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and according to Firehouse Subs standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory, food preparation, and cash handling.
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and energetic team culture.

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
