Digital Production Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Overview
Strawbridge Studios is looking for a Digital Production Specialist to join our Digital Imaging / Prepress team. This role is an important part of our production workflow and is responsible for processing digital files, maintaining data accuracy, and helping ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

This is an in-house position at Strawbridge Studios. This is not a remote opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage digital files and production data accurately
- Review and correct imagery and information
- Support departments including Digital Imaging, Data Correction, Order Entry, Quality Control, and Digital Services
- Work across multiple computer programs and systems
- Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
- Cross-train across multiple areas of the department
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Comfortable working with multiple computer programs at once
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
- Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign experience
- Experience in imaging, production, or prepress environments

Schedule & Seasonal Information
Our workflow follows the school calendar, which means employees typically experience scheduled seasonal time off:
- 1–2 weeks off around Christmas
- 1–2 weeks off during summer months
- June through mid-August typically operates around 32 hours/week depending on production needs
(Schedules are based on business needs and may change.)
Additional Information
- Full-time, in-house position
- Monday–Friday day shift
- Occasional overtime or weekends may be required during peak production periods
- Interviews must be scheduled in advance
