Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years acute care RN experience in OR/Surgery or 1 year of acute-care RN experience in OR/Surgery and 2 years of acute-care LPN experience
- Diploma or Associate Nursing
- Registered Nurse (KY & IN)
- Must have and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or active RN licensure in both KY and IN
