The Content Marketing & Publishing Specialist will support digital content initiatives by creating, refining, and distributing high-quality online content.
This role combines editorial expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and relationship-building skills to increase online visibility and engagement.
You will manage content workflows from ideation and editing to publishing and outreach, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution.
The position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO, and digital publishing within a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with creative teams, writers, and external publishing partners to expand content reach and performance.

Accountabilities:

The Content Marketing & Publishing Specialist will support content creation, publishing operations, and digital outreach initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role requires strong editorial judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Create and publish articles across digital platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Develop article titles, content instructions, and briefs to guide writers in producing effective content.
  • Edit and refine articles to improve readability, quality, structure, and audience engagement.
  • Conduct outreach to digital publishers, blogs, and online platforms to secure content placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishing partners through clear, professional communication.
  • Research and identify new publishing opportunities to expand content distribution channels.
  • Continuously improve internal processes by suggesting creative solutions and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage assigned projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent output quality.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in digital marketing, content creation, and online publishing. Success in this role requires self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to balance creativity with structured execution.

  • Strong English writing and editing skills with excellent attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Experience or interest in content marketing, digital publishing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and productivity software.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
  • Clear and professional communication skills when collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-driven attitude with the ability to work efficiently without close supervision.
