We’re hiring an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and clear opportunities to advance.
In our job shop environment, no two days are the same — you’ll work on a variety of parts, prints, and setups while learning the foundations of precision manufacturing.
What You’ll Do (and Learn)
You’ll be trained to:
- Operate CNC and/or manual machines (with supervision and guidance) using work instructions and job travelers
- Load and unload parts and raw materials safely and efficiently
- Follow routers and basic blueprints and build confidence reading instructions and measurements
- Inspect parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Deburr, clean, and mark parts so they’re customer-ready
- Monitor machine performance and communicate issues early — you’ll never be on your own
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures

Experience That Helps (but isn’t required)

- Any exposure to CNC machining or a job shop environment
