Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and modification of steam tracing and glycol tracing systems on industrial piping and equipment. This role requires the ability to interpret construction drawings, work safely around operating facilities, and consistently deliver quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing steam tracing and glycol tracing systems in industrial facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Isometric Drawings (ISO's)
- General Arrangement Drawings (GA's)
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's)
- Knowledge of industrial piping systems and tracing best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and modify steam and glycol tracing systems in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret ISO's, GA's, and P&ID's to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or quality concerns.

Requirements
- Industrial construction or maintenance experience.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions when required.
- Valid safety certifications (site-specific certifications considered an asset).
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
