Industrial Painter

Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in producing high-quality work? Join our team as an Industrial Painter and play a key role in delivering products that meet the highest standards for quality, appearance, and durability.
What You'll Do
Prepare parts and assemblies through washing, media blasting, priming, and painting.
Mix and apply industrial coatings to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for color, finish, and coating thickness.
Maintain paint equipment, booths, and chemical inventory.
Work safely while following ISO standards, PPE requirements, and company safety procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to keep projects moving on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Industrial painting experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to wear a cartridge-style respirator and meet respirator certification requirements.
