RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans

* Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs to support treatment quality and clinical integrity

* Monitor, analyze, and document behavioral data and client progress

* Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish meaningful treatment goals

* Provide caregiver education, training, and support

* Partner with other therapy disciplines to promote coordinated, functional outcomes

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

* Collaborate with team members to coordinate client scheduling and service delivery

* Follow applicable Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethics requirements and professional standards

REQUIREMENTS:

* Master’s Degree in an applicable field

* Current BCBA certification

* Level II fingerprinting/background clearance

* Valid Driver’s License

* In-person CPR and First Aid Certification

* Professional Liability Insurance

* ABA experience preferred

* Safety-Care training preferred

* Supervision experience preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent leadership, organization, and collaboration skills
