Carilion Clinic Family Medicine Galax is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their outpatient-only practice, which includes two physicians and four advanced clinical practitioners. Located in Galax, Virginia, the practice offers a supportive and collaborative environment, and is open to flexible work arrangements, including job-sharing opportunities. The clinic features an impressive lab and x-ray department comparable to those found in small hospitals, providing comprehensive lab services, digital x-rays, ultrasound studies, and stress testing. The practice is supported by a sophisticated EMR system (EPIC), along with centralized patient registration and billing. A new facility was opened in January 2020, enhancing the patient experience and modernizing care delivery.

Carilion Clinic offers a competitive salary with incentive tied to productivity and quality criteria. Salary range is $220,000-$320,000 annually. The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary. Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary . In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.
