Center Director

Who Were Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Masters Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ABA and 2 years in a supervisory role. Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or equivalent graduate-level credential in good standing for a minimum of 3 years post-credential experience providing, supervising, or administering ABA services to patients with ASD required

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst with valid license, as required by local statutes preferred

  • Actively looking for ways to help people

  • Bringing others together and trying to achieve common goals and to reconcile differences

  • The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client/student/customer services. This include needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client/customer satisfaction

  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

  • Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

  • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job

  • Job requires persistence in the face of obstacles

  • Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations

  • Job requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction

  • Job requires preferring to work with others rather than alone, and being personally connected with others on the job

  • Job requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace

What You Have

  • Flexibility, Balance and Coordination: Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl

  • Physical Strength Abilities: There may be times when you will need to exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABA

  • Communication: Can communicate expressively and receptively, verbally and in writing

What Youll Be Doing
  • Provide clinical oversight to team members delivering services in the center

  • Ensure services are delivered and documented according to company operational and quality standards

  • Promote a culture of compliance

  • Ensure high caregiver satisfaction with services

  • Manage daily operational issues

  • Partner effectively with internal departments to deliver services

  • Provide clinical and professional feedback to staff and implement performance management processes

  • Create a supportive and inclusive culture for team members

  • Collaborate with supervisor on staffing needs

  • Collaborate with supervisor and facilities team to ensure center is safe for clients and staff

  • Work directly with clients on protocol modification, treatment by protocol, assessment services, and family treatment guidance

  • Adhere to all compliance policies, written or unwritten

  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

  • This role supervises managers of individual contributors and may have one or more individual contributors as direct reports
