Job Description

Sr. Digital Experience Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Digital Experience Manager based in the United States.

Take ownership of a high-impact digital experience that helps technical buyers discover, understand, and adopt innovative data infrastructure for AI. In this hands-on role, you will manage the website experience from user journeys and UX to conversion optimization, technical performance, and analytics. You’ll build and improve web pages, run experiments, and use data to turn visitor engagement into measurable pipeline opportunities. You’ll also lead conversational marketing capabilities and strengthen visibility across AI-powered search experiences. Working closely with brand, development, and growth marketing teams, you’ll balance technical execution with thoughtful design and continuous improvement. This remote opportunity is ideal for an autonomous digital marketer who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing in a lean, fast-moving B2B technology environment.

Accountabilities
  • Website experience and conversion optimization: Own the end-to-end website experience, improving navigation, user journeys, internal linking, conversion paths, and calls to action to help engineers, architects, and data platform leaders progress toward meaningful engagement.

  • Website development and management: Build and maintain core website pages using a content management system, collaborating with brand and development teams to deliver effective, high-quality digital experiences.

  • Design system governance: Maintain visual consistency and reusable components across the website as brand guidelines evolve, while advocating for user experience improvements.

  • Technical SEO and website health: Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and technical page quality to strengthen search performance and site reliability.

  • Analytics and tracking: Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations, including event tracking, filters, and troubleshooting tracking gaps to maintain accurate reporting.

  • Website content governance: Maintain clear ownership and approval structures across a website containing more than 265 pages, keeping content inventories and responsibilities up to date as the site evolves.

  • Experimentation and optimization: Develop hypotheses, plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and translate findings into a prioritized website improvement roadmap.

  • Conversational marketing strategy and operations: Own the framework, governance, and ongoing playbooks for the website’s conversational marketing experience, including tool configuration, content, routing rules, and visitor targeting.

  • Conversational performance reporting: Track conversation rates, meetings influenced, and pipeline attribution to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Campaign coordination: Partner with growth marketing colleagues to coordinate conversational experiences with campaign-specific initiatives and audience needs.

  • AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Lead technical AEO implementation, including structured data, schema markup, and content formatting to improve visibility in AI-generated search responses.

  • AI search measurement: Collaborate with marketing leadership to strengthen monitoring and reporting of brand presence across AI-powered search and answer platforms.

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital experience management, website management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or a related field. Experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools serving technical audiences is preferred.

  • Hands-on content management system expertise, with the ability to build and manage website pages directly rather than relying exclusively on external developers. Experience with Webflow is preferred.

  • Practical knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including event configuration, filter troubleshooting, tracking validation, and resolving analytics implementation issues.

  • Strong technical SEO skills, including familiarity with Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl health, and page-level optimization.

  • Working knowledge of AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), structured data, schema markup, and approaches to improving visibility in AI-generated search results.

  • Strong design sensibility and understanding of user experience principles, with the ability to work within an established design system while identifying opportunities to improve usability and conversion.

  • Familiarity with conversational marketing platforms and chat playbooks, including routing logic, visitor targeting, and qualification flows.

  • Experience using analytics and experimentation to evaluate digital performance, identify friction points, and make evidence-based optimization decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement practical solutions independently.

  • A proactive, self-directed working style and the ability to manage priorities with significant autonomy in a lean marketing organization.

  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with brand, development, growth marketing, and marketing leadership teams.

Benefits
  • Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution.

  • Equity opportunity: Pre-IPO stock options.

  • Paid holidays: At least 12 public holidays.

  • Flexible time off: Flexible PTO to support work-life balance.

  • Remote work: Position based remotely within the United States.
