Full-Time Position

Are you passionate about customer service and creating positive customer experiences? Join Bachman’s as an Order Center Associate, where you’ll combine your order entry, sales, and problem-solving skills to help customers with their orders and service needs. You’ll alternate between processing customer orders and resolving service inquiries through phone and email, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and a commitment to excellent service.

Job Duties:

• Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
• Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
• Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
• Handling customer comments and complaints

• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent phone manners
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong follow through
• Detail oriented
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong selling skills
• Plant and flower material knowledge preferred
• Able to sit, be on the phone and on the computer for the majority of the day

Schedule: Monday – Friday rotating shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays between 9:00am-4:00pm and Sundays seasonally. Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business. All employees work on rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $16.50/hour
