We’re looking for someone who can turn a conversation into a relationship—and help a customer move from “just looking” to confidently choosing furniture they love. Someone who asks thoughtful questions, makes strong recommendations, asks for the sale, and stays in touch when a customer needs more time.

What you’ll bring

You take initiative. You’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for someone’s business. You listen carefully, handle objections respectfully, and follow through on commitments.

You welcome clear goals and feedback. When something isn’t working, you adjust your approach and keep improving.

Sales experience is preferred, but furniture experience isn’t required. If you’ve achieved results in another field, we want to hear how. Experience in automotive, wireless, appliances, hospitality, or other customer-facing work can translate well here.

What you’ll own

Understanding each customer’s space, budget, style, and comfort needs.

Recommending furniture, mattresses, and coordinating products that meet those needs.

Explaining products, financing options, and delivery expectations accurately.

Asking for the sale and following up consistently on quotes and customer inquiries.

Building repeat business and earning referrals.

Keeping accurate customer records and orders.

Working toward sales goals while protecting customer trust.

Scheduled evening and weekend availability is required.
