What you will do

Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

Learn the food and beverage menus and offer helpful recommendations.

Take orders accurately, communicate special requests, and follow allergy procedures.

Use the point-of-sale system correctly and process payments accurately.

Manage your section and pace service to suit each table.

Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and support team to deliver food and drinks promptly.

Keep tables and service stations clean, organized, and stocked.

Follow the restaurant’s hospitality, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
