Many of our clients prefer to talk about financial decisions in Spanish, and you'll be the person they trust to explain coverage in their language.

What you'll do

• Guide Spanish- and English-speaking clients through life insurance options in whichever language they prefer
• Quote and present life insurance policies and close sales
• Build relationships in the local Hispanic community through referrals, events, and networking
• Follow up with existing Spanish-speaking customers to review their coverage
• Translate policy details and paperwork into clear, simple explanations

What you'll earn

• $40,000 base salary
• Bonus and commission with total earning potential of $80,000+
• Paid time off for personal time and holidays

What you need

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written (required)
• Active Life & Health license (required)
• Property & Casualty license, or willingness to earn it after hire
• Sales or customer service experience with Spanish-speaking customers preferred
• A warm, trustworthy communication style
