Delivery Driver Nights - Truck/Non CDL in Central Point, Oregon at Dash Last Mile

Dash Last Mile is hiring a Delivery Driver Nights (Truck / Non-CDL) for our Portland/Eugene Line Haul route.

This full-time, night shift role is essential to keeping freight, medical items, and customer cargo moving across our regional network. You’ll perform scheduled linehaul transportation, complete timely handoffs, and help ensure critical delivery deadlines are consistently met.

What you’ll do

• Execute nightly linehaul transport in a 26' box truck (Non-CDL)

• Safely pick up and deliver freight, medical items, and client cargo between Portland, Eugene, and surrounding areas

• Ensure accurate loading/unloading and follow established procedures

• Complete handoffs, documentation, and route expectations on time

• Provide reliable, professional customer service throughout the delivery process

Pay & schedule

• Full-time night position

• Minimum pay guarantee: 40 hours per week guaranteed!! If you only work 36 hours we bump you up to 40!!

• Additional hours may be available or required depending on route needs

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated experience driving commercial delivery vehicles (truck or non-CDL).
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload totes, packages, and freight as required by the role.
• Strong commitment to meeting strict departure windows and time-sensitive delivery schedules.
• Excellent attendance and reliability for full-time shift coverage.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with dispatchers, station teams, and connector drivers.
• Qualifications & Requirements Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience driving commercial delivery vehicles. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload totes, packages, and freight in accordance with standard delivery driver physical requirements. Punctuality & Reliability: Strong commitment to meeting strict departure windows and time-sensitive delivery schedules with excellent attendance. Communication: Clear communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers, station teams, and connector drivers.
