About the Role

The Medical Assistant will work directly alongside healthcare providers, helping coordinate patient care, prepare treatment rooms, maintain clinical documentation, support workflow efficiency, and provide excellent patient service throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities Room patients and prepare them for treatment Assist healthcare providers with patient care Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms Maintain SOAP note documentation Manage and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow Answer patient questions professionally Assist with clinical procedures Maintain accurate medical documentation Support multiple providers throughout the day Maintain patient confidentiality Assist with administrative and office support functions when needed Support an efficient and organized clinical environment Required Qualifications

Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential

Clinical patient care experience

Medical office experience

Experience rooming patients

Treatment room preparation and sanitation experience

Experience with SOAP note documentation

Experience using EMR/EHR systems

Patient scheduling and workflow coordination experience

Experience working directly with healthcare providers

Strong critical thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple provider schedules

Strong patient communication skills

Ability to answer patient questions professionally

Comfortable assisting with clinical procedures

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Team-oriented attitude

Strong organizational skills

Willingness to assist with office support duties
