Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR transformation and people programs aligned with enterprise and organizational priorities.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage progress across multiple interconnected workstreams.
Establish clear accountability and governance structures while monitoring execution against agreed objectives and timelines.
Prepare concise program updates, insights, risks, dependencies, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Connect individual transformation initiatives with broader organizational priorities, strategic programs, and parallel enterprise efforts.
Build stakeholder alignment and influence decisions and outcomes without relying on direct reporting authority.
Lead change management activities supporting program rollout, adoption, process implementation, and sustainable transformation.
Identify program risks, dependencies, and potential barriers, developing mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
Support strategic planning and portfolio coordination across People Programs and broader enterprise initiatives.
Monitor program outcomes and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable organizational and operational impact.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices, processes, and governance.
7+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs, enterprise initiatives, or transformation projects.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across multiple organizational functions.
Strong program management capabilities spanning strategic planning, execution, milestone tracking, risk management, reporting, and delivery governance.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex program information, progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
Experience managing high-visibility initiatives with measurable organizational or business impact.
Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect individual initiatives to broader business priorities.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a highly structured and execution-focused approach.
Experience supporting or implementing HR transformation, People Operations, or people-focused strategic programs is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise-level change management practices and organizational adoption strategies is an asset.
Exposure to AI-driven program implementation or technology-enabled HR initiatives is a plus.
Experience managing or coordinating program portfolios within large-scale organizations is advantageous.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, distributed environment.
100% remote position available across Canada.
Competitive compensation of CAD $75–$85 per hour.
