  • Qualify commercial opportunities according to established criteria and identify companies with potential interest in strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
  • Execute outreach through phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant prospecting channels.
  • Manage structured prospecting cadences, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with potential customers.
  • Record interactions accurately and keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the team responsible for closing opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly alignment meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales scripts, cadences, and prospecting strategies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B sales, with proven experience in active prospecting.
  • Ability to identify, approach, and communicate effectively with business decision-makers.
  • Consultative sales mindset, with strong listening and discovery skills and the ability to understand a prospect's challenges before proposing a solution.
  • Strong organization and discipline to manage pipelines, prospecting cadences, and follow-ups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomy and accountability when working remotely and managing an independent routine.
  • Strong results orientation and motivation to achieve commercial targets.
  • Proactive and resilient approach to sales development, with the consistency and discipline required for high-volume prospecting.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in understanding prospective customers and their businesses.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust from the first interaction.
  • Experience in the condominium management or real estate sectors is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with condominium management companies, property managers, or related service providers are desirable.
  • Experience with M&A, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, commercial metrics, prospecting tools, and CRM platforms is a plus.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Brazil.
  • PJ contractor arrangement.
  • Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to organize your routine while maintaining availability during Brazilian business hours (GMT-3).
  • Weekly alignment meetings and occasional additional meetings when required.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to business development and the creation of new commercial opportunities.
  • Exposure to strategic partnership and potential acquisition initiatives in addition to traditional B2B sales development.
