This Is More Than a Production Management Role
This is an opportunity to lead a department, influence company strategy, build exceptional teams, and drive operational excellence across a fast-paced production environment.

As the senior operational leader for production services, you'll oversee the people, processes, resources, and planning that bring creative ideas to life. You'll work closely with clients, producers, technical staff, freelancers, and executive leadership to ensure every project is delivered with excellence while supporting growth, profitability, and innovation.

What You'll Do
Lead High-Performing Teams
Develop and inspire a team of producers, production assistants, technical crew members, and freelance professionals. Foster a culture that values creativity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities for team members.

Drive Production Excellence
Own the operational success of field, studio, and remote productions. Ensure the right people, equipment, facilities, and resources are aligned to meet project objectives while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Guide Client Success.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the production process. Help shape production approaches, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies while ensuring an exceptional client experience from concept to delivery.

Build Better Operations
Continuously improve workflows, resource utilization, scheduling processes, and production standards. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and profitability across the department.

Own Business Performance
Manage department budgets, forecasting, utilization, pricing strategy, estimating accuracy, and profitability. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements that support sustainable growth and financial success.

Who You Are
You're part strategist, part coach, part operational leader, and part production expert.
You understand how creative work gets done, but you also know how to build systems, manage resources, develop people, and drive business performance.

Required Qualifications
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in video production, broadcast, agency, live event, corporate media, or related production environments
• Leadership experience managing production teams and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, estimating, pricing, and profitability management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance client service, operational excellence, production quality, and financial performance

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field
• Experience supporting agency, corporate, or marketing clients
• Familiarity with production budgeting and estimating tools
• Live broadcast, remote television, or multi-location production experience
