Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Forklift Operator. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

1. Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or electric pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
3. Move materials and products throughout the warehouse as needed.
4. Accurately stage, stack, and store inventory in designated locations.
5. Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
6. Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures.
7. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
8. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

1. Previous forklift operating experience required.
2. Forklift certification preferred.
3. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
5. Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
2. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
3. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
4. Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.
