Job Description

Director, Client Analytics Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Analytics Partnerships based in United States.

This leadership role will shape the future of strategic measurement and client analytics across a global marketing technology environment. You will transform analytics from a reporting function into a strategic advisory capability that helps clients make better business decisions. The position sits at the intersection of client strategy, analytics, product innovation, and organizational leadership. You will work directly with executive stakeholders while building and developing a high-performing team of analytics professionals. You will also lead measurement strategy across key growth verticals including B2B, Commerce, Political, Enterprise, and HoldCos. This is a remote-first opportunity, with preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central United States to support regular collaboration with key clients.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of Client Analytics Partners, establishing a clear vision for how strategic measurement and analytics are delivered across the organization.
  • Evolve analytics from primarily reporting-focused work into a trusted advisory practice that helps clients make informed business decisions through measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with senior internal and external stakeholders to develop long-term measurement strategies connecting business objectives, marketing investments, and platform capabilities.
  • Establish measurement strategies at the beginning of client engagements, defining success metrics, testing plans, learning agendas, and desired business outcomes before campaigns launch.
  • Develop scalable measurement frameworks that help clients progress from foundational reporting toward advanced optimization, experimentation, and business-impact analysis.
  • Define and monitor organizational success metrics across client adoption, strategic influence, business outcomes, executive engagement, retention, and meaningful product feedback.
  • Own analytics strategy across priority verticals by developing deep industry expertise, monitoring market developments, and translating emerging trends into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive client stakeholders, combining analytics expertise, industry knowledge, and business context to support confident decision-making.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while leading by example and strengthening both technical expertise and executive consulting capabilities.
  • Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, methodologies, and best practices that enable consistent, high-quality strategic guidance at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Reporting Architecture, Data Architecture, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to influence future measurement capabilities and improve client support.
  • Lead the adoption of AI across analytics workflows, using emerging tools to improve research, insight generation, communication, documentation, and operational efficiency while preserving human judgment where it adds the most value.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary work, automate repetitive activities, and create greater capacity for strategic analysis.
  • Monitor evolving client needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, and organizational priorities to anticipate future measurement requirements and prepare the team accordingly.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading analytics, measurement, consulting, client strategy, or closely related teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-performing organizations through clear vision, effective leadership, and strong people development.
  • Deep expertise in digital measurement, experimentation, attribution, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to meaningful business decisions and executive-level discussions.
  • Proven experience working directly with senior executives and establishing trusted-advisor relationships around complex business challenges.
  • Expertise in Enterprise, B2B, Commerce, Ecommerce, HoldCos, or similar industries, or a demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong subject-matter expertise in new verticals.
  • Experience creating measurement frameworks, methodologies, consulting approaches, or strategic programs that improve client outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong AI fluency, with the ability to naturally incorporate AI into research, problem-solving, communication, analysis, and team leadership.
  • A builder’s mindset with an interest in creating new capabilities, improving processes, and strengthening teams and operating models.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, including the ability to build trust, encourage diverse perspectives, develop talent, and raise the quality of work across a team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when working with executive audiences.
  • Ability to balance analytical depth with commercial awareness and practical recommendations that can influence business outcomes.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $179,679–$247,059 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, with offerings varying according to location and employment arrangements.
  • Health benefits available from the first day of employment.
  • Retirement, 401(k), or pension savings programs, depending on location.
  • Competitive paid time off, including birthday time off.
  • Comprehensive mental health care support.
  • Work-from-home reimbursement.
  • Optional global WeWork membership and access to hubs in London and Toronto.
  • Robust training and onboarding programs.
  • Support for professional development through conferences, courses, books, and other learning initiatives.
  • Access to programmatic advertising courses and certifications.
  • Parental leave program.
  • Remote-first working environment with a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Opportunities to work with senior stakeholders, influence analytics strategy, and shape measurement capabilities at scale.
  • Benefits and perks may vary depending on country of employment and the nature of the engagement.
