Senior Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact digital marketing strategy and execution across complex, multi-channel environments, with a strong focus on healthcare and enterprise clients. You will guide a team of digital marketing professionals while shaping innovative, data-driven experiences across web, search, social, and paid media channels. Acting as both strategist and hands-on leader, you will define best practices, elevate performance standards, and ensure every digital initiative is measurable and aligned to business outcomes. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and executive-level communication. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional experts in content, development, and analytics to deliver cohesive digital ecosystems. This is a highly visible leadership position where your work directly influences client success, digital performance, and organizational innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyze digital performance data, user behavior, and attribution models to identify opportunities for growth and channel optimization.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, defining best practices and elevating overall execution quality across campaigns.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies into scalable solutions and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, development, and analytics to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery.
  • Serve as the digital marketing lead on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the digital marketing function in client meetings, workshops, and industry-facing engagements, including thought leadership opportunities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within agency or multi-client environments.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, analytics, and content ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
