What You'll Do

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily classroom activities with care and consistency.
• Help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with daily routines, supervision, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Work collaboratively as a valued member of the teaching team.
• Promote positive learning experiences aligned with the program's faith-based values.
• Provide attentive care and support to toddlers ages 18 months to 2.5 years.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED; or at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
• Prior experience caring for children is required.
• Must be comfortable working with toddlers ages 18 months to 2.5 years.
