Dishwasher - Prep Cook in Bend, Oregon at Cambria Hotel Bend - Mt Bachelor

We're searching for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our kitchen as our next dishwasher/food prep. We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of kitchen activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine in addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers. As needed, you may be asked to perform additional food preparation and cleaning duties.

$16.50 - $17.50 hourly

• Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
• Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas
• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment

• Food preparation daily

• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail

• Food industry experience preferred, but not required
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs
