• CONTROL... and processing of customer and supplier complaints
• PROCESSING... of damage cases with subsequent root cause analysis
• ENFORCEMENT... of claims towards internal and external partners
• COORDINATION... with production, procurement, sales and other departments
• DOCUMENTATION... and reporting as well as continuous process improvement
• ENSURING... of deadlines, cost control and risk minimization
• SUPPORT... during audits
• SHAPING... the mobility of the future!

• Experience in claim management in a manufacturing environment
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D report, PDCA, 5WHY
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 50,000 gross per year with appropriate qualifications.
