Job Description

Revenue Events Sr. Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Events Sr. Manager based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact global events leadership role responsible for owning and executing the company’s most important commercial milestone: the Revenue Kick-Off (RKO).
You will lead the full event lifecycle, from early planning and budgeting through execution and post-event analysis, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for thousands of participants.
The role requires strong operational discipline, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage complex, multi-quarter event programs.
You will collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful global events that align with revenue and strategic priorities.
Beyond the RKO, you will also support key corporate events such as QBRs, town halls, and leadership communications.
This is a highly autonomous role where ownership, precision, and execution excellence are critical to success.
It is ideal for an experienced event leader who thrives in fast-paced, global environments with high visibility and impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead the end-to-end execution of the Revenue Kick-Off (RKO), including planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Manage multi-quarter event timelines, ensuring all milestones are met from early preparation through final delivery.
  • Oversee global event logistics for both remote and in-person formats, ensuring seamless participant experience.
  • Maintain extreme attention to detail across all production elements, including vendors, technical setup, and attendee experience.
  • Support the execution of additional corporate events such as QBRs, town halls, and leadership meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including VPs and executive stakeholders, to align event strategy with business objectives.
  • Track performance, gather feedback, and produce post-event insights to continuously improve future events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale corporate events (500+ attendees), including hybrid and fully remote formats.
  • Strong track record of managing full event lifecycles, from budgeting and planning to execution and post-event reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-quarter projects with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong operational execution skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with confidence interacting with senior executives and external partners.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced/fluent English (mandatory).
  • Nice to have: experience with global incentive programs, recognition events, or large-scale corporate experiences.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work model within Brazil.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage.
  • Flexible benefits program allowing customization based on individual needs.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, birthday leave, and additional tenure-based days.
  • 100% paid parental leave with structured support for returning parents.
  • Wellness programs including fitness access, mental health support, and therapy sessions.
  • Home office setup reimbursement and flexible scheduling options.
  • Strong learning and career development programs with internal mobility opportunities.
  • Inclusive and collaborative global culture focused on wellbeing and high performance.
