This is a high-impact analytics leadership role sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, data science, and executive decision-making. You will serve as the primary analytics partner to the Marketing organization, transforming complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that shape growth strategy and investment priorities. The role combines hands-on analytical work with strategic influence, supporting demand generation, brand, product marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in defining KPIs, building forecasting models, and ensuring marketing effectiveness is measurable and continuously optimized. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, Finance, Sales, and executive leadership, you will ensure alignment on performance narratives and business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on innovation and AI-enabled analytics. This role also includes people management responsibilities, developing a direct report within the marketing analytics function.
- Lead marketing analytics strategy by defining and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks that evaluate campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, ROI, and customer acquisition trends.
- Deliver actionable insights by translating complex datasets into clear recommendations that improve marketing efficiency, optimize spend, and support business growth.
- Own executive and board-level reporting, including monthly and quarterly performance updates, strategic presentations, and data storytelling that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing and Finance leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and investment planning to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analyses to support strategic planning, scenario forecasting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, and Executive teams to align metrics, attribution models, and reporting standards.
- Manage and mentor one direct report responsible for marketing operations support, lead routing, and process execution, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline analytics workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, finance analytics, or similar data-driven roles.
- Proven experience delivering executive-level reporting, presentations, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance measurement frameworks in a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools, automation, predictive analytics, and modern data-driven marketing practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior people management experience or leadership of cross-functional initiatives is a strong plus.
- Competitive salary range of $95,900–$137,200, plus bonus eligibility.
