Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Reliability Advisor - Maintenance Software to join our team and contribute to our growth. This role acts as the Spartakus guru and trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. This individual bridges the gap between technical implementation and real-world operations, ensuring clients maximize the value of Spartakus’ software throughout their maintenance and reliability journey.
The Reliability Adivsor supports client implementations, provides deep functional and industry knowledge, and delivers on-site and virtual training sessions to ensure successful adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise & Industry Leadership
- Serve as the leading authority on Spartakus’ maintenance and reliability solutions, maintaining expert-level understanding of features, configurations, integrations, and best practices.
- Translate client operational needs into effective software configurations and workflows that drive measurable performance improvements.
- Stay current with maintenance and reliability trends, including TPM, RCM, and predictive maintenance methodologies, to ensure Spartakus remains aligned with industry standards.
- Challenge assumptions respectfully to help customers make better decisions.
Implementation & Client Support
- Lead discovery workshops and implementation discussions.
- Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to support all stages of client onboarding, configuration, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on guidance and problem-solving during complex implementations.
- Support data migration, validation, and testing to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems.
Client Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver engaging, role-based training sessions for end-users, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and management teams.
- Conduct on-site workshops to ensure teams understand how to leverage Spartakus for maintenance planning, asset tracking, and reliability analytics.
- Develop and update training materials, documentation, and client-facing resources.
Client Relationship & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them align Spartakus with their maintenance and reliability strategies.
- Gather feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product improvements.
- Support ongoing client success through periodic check-ins and optimization sessions.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability, asset management, or plant operations.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management principles (CMMS, EAM, predictive analytics, reliability engineering).
- Proven experience in software implementation, client training, or consulting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into operational language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for training and implementation support.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Spartakus or similar software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, LubeIT, JD Edwards).
- Familiarity with IoT, condition monitoring, and reliability analytics platforms.
