Whether a customer walks in needing a quick battery replacement or advice on a key fob, you’ll be the friendly face they trust to get them back on track.

**What You’ll Do**

* Welcome customers and guide them to the right products with confidence

* Test and install car, watch, and specialty batteries

* Answer calls and provide helpful, accurate information

* Handle sales and returns with professionalism and care

* Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

* Assist with receiving and managing inventory

* Deliver top-tier service through our “I Promise” customer care model

**What We’re Looking For**

* Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

* Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn

* Comfortable using basic tools (or willing to learn quickly)

* Strong attention to detail and safety

* Retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

* Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC)
