The Business Senior Strategy Analyst will support strategic planning efforts, analyze business performance, and provide insights that guide organizational decisions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Lead and support strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and long-term planning activities.
- Analyze business performance, operational trends, workflows, and available data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic documentation to support leadership decision-making.
- Create, maintain, and organize project documentation in alignment with business, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to provide insights and support business planning activities.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities while developing actionable mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and improve business processes.
- Ensure alignment with internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and strategic insights clearly to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, project management, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex business information.
- Experience developing executive summaries, strategic reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business functions.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, audit processes, or regulatory compliance environments preferred.
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $35.88 to $59.80/hour, based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and market factors.
