Responsibilities

The Senior Clinical Technology Systems Analyst role will design, develop, and configure the clinical applications to enable business goals, objectives, and strategy. The role will assist with Tier 4 support of the clinical applications, support deliverables of projects, and transition deliverables to operational support at the close of project efforts. The role will coordinate work efforts with project stakeholders, Technology Services staff, and clinical operators to ensure on time and on budget delivery of project and enhancement work efforts.

  • Lead release and deployment management.
  • Project Coordination.
  • Provide support and systems administration.
  • Relationship management.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or a closely related field or 6 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting complex applications to include design, installation and configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and problem resolution to ensure business continuity, failover, and high availability.
  • Electronic health record certification or equivalent vendor administered course work of 60 or more hours.
  • Experience with coding languages such as CCL, HTML, VB, Javascript, and RTF.
  • Experience with an ITSM tool.
  • Experience leveraging Agile and/or lean methodologies and principles.
  • Experience supporting application interfaces, systems processes, and connected devices.
  • Experience in coordinating project/enhancement efforts to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, including behavioral health.
  • Experience with Oracle Health Millennium platform.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Successful completion of Cerner Millennium: Fundamentals.
  • Successful completion of Cerner Millennium: Architecture, Troubleshooting, and Issue Management.
  • Successful completion of Cerner: Discern Explorer 1 WBT.
