Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative to join our Fayetteville team. This position is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and being part of a professional agency team.

• Full-time or part-time available
  
• In-office position in Fayetteville, NC
  
• Hourly base (based on experience) plus commission
  
• Higher starting compensation may be available for highly experienced candidates
  
• Vacation and PTO available after 90 days
  

You'll work directly with customers and help support their insurance needs while providing the responsive, personal service our agency is known for.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with their insurance needs
  
• Handling policy and account service requests
  
• Answering customer questions and providing knowledgeable guidance
  
• Following up with customers and prospects
  
• Assisting with quotes, coverage changes, and policy servicing
  
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  
• Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
  
• Providing professional, responsive service throughout the customer experience

Required:

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  
• Recent experience in an insurance service or sales role
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Professional, dependable approach to working with customers
  

Preferred:

• Previous State Farm experience
  
• Experience in both insurance service and sales
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English
  
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
