Job Description

About Kerix

Kerix is a healthcare organization focused exclusively on membership-based medicine. We believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and proactive—and that stronger relationships between clinicians and patients lead to better care and better outcomes.

Kerix operates through two business units:

KerixHealth owns and operates Direct Primary Care clinics across the country, providing patients with more time with their care teams, convenient access, and a proactive approach to their health. Our organization includes KerixHealth and AdvocateMD.

Specialdocs Consultants helps physicians transition from traditional fee-for-service medicine to concierge medicine, creating more sustainable and relationship-centered practices.

Across our organization, we are united by a shared mission: to restore healthcare by putting people back at the center of care. Our model emphasizes same- or next-day appointments, longer and more meaningful visits, direct access to care teams, preventive care, transparent pricing, and coordination throughout the healthcare journey.

Kerix is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with teams and practices located across the country. Learn more at Kerix.com.

Position Summary

The Field Sales & Operations Coordinator serves as a key partner to the Regional Medical Director, supporting business development and sales operations activities that drive growth for AdvocateMD/KerixHealth. This hybrid role combines lead generation, appointment setting, prospect outreach, sales support, and operational coordination. The individual in this position will help create opportunities and maintain momentum throughout the sales process, allowing the Regional Medical Director to focus on building relationships with prospective clients and employee benefit brokers.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of four days per week in the office and one remote workday.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

● Identify and research prospective employer, broker, and partner leads in the Madison/Dane County market (as well as other markets as determined by KerixHealth leadership).

● Work hand-in-hand with Marketing to build and execute B2B outreach strategies to drive lead gen.

● Make initial contact with new leads in person, by phone, email, and/or other channels to gauge interest and qualify fit.

● Schedule sales appointments for the Regional Medical Director with qualified prospects.

● Attend sales appointments with Regional Medical Director, as needed.

● This role will have a quarterly and annual quota for qualified appointments set, and, along with the Regional Medical Director, be part of the team responsible for quarterly and annual growth targets.

Lead Follow-Up

● Contact and work leads assigned directly by the Regional Medical Director.

● Set and confirm appointments for those leads in a timely manner.

● Track follow-up activity so no lead goes stale.

● Attend sales meetings (as needed) alongside Regional Medical Director

● Keep the pipeline clean — correct stages, current activity dates, complete notes.

● Prepare recurring sales activity and pipeline reports as requested.

● Handle other day-to-day administrative tasks that support the Regional Medical Director's sales efforts.

What Success Looks Like

● The Regional Medical Director's calendar stays full of qualified, well-prepared sales appointments.

● Salesforce data is accurate and current enough to report from at any time, without cleanup.

● Leads are contacted promptly and consistently, with nothing falling through the cracks.

● Region reaches annual growth targets.

Qualifications

● 1–3+ years of experience in a sales development, sales support, or administrative role that included outbound contact with prospects or customers.

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and emails and handling initial objections or questions.

● Strong organizational skills and follow-through; able to manage multiple leads and tasks without close supervision.

● Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM strongly preferred.

● Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

● Healthcare, benefits, or B2B sales exposure strongly preferred, but not required.
