We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Clerk. As a Bank Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing various banking transactions, and assisting customers with their financial needs. - Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

- Assist customers in opening new accounts and provide information on various banking products and services

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper balancing of cash drawer

- Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs

- Assist with fraud prevention and detection by monitoring account activity and reporting suspicious transactions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional service to customers

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in retail math

- Experience operating a cash register or handling cash transactions

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers

- Knowledge of basic financial services, including loan origination, debits, credits, and cash management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of banking software systems

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
