Supervisor OR Board Runner Main OR in North Kansas City, Missouri at North Kansas City Hospital

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the department Director, assures the quality of care for all patient population through the planning and coordination of the daily surgery schedule and staff in a smooth and efficient manner. The Supervisor Board Runner assumes day-to-day accountability for the provision of quality services in the surgery department and provides leadership and assistance in directing all activities/services. Collaborates with the leadership team to develop and meet goals and objectives.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of OR experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Advanced computer skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing
