Clinician – Child Outpatient Services
The Village for Families & Children – Greater Hartford, CT

early childhood, youth development, and substance-use treatment services—and we’re
looking for compassionate clinicians to join our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
You’ll deliver individual and family therapy, trauma-informed treatment, parent
skill-building, crisis support, and case management while collaborating with a supportive
clinical team mainly in a school setting with some clinic. This role includes supervision, and training in evidence-based models
Salary
Unlicensed: $54,000 -56,000(bilingual)
Licensed: $67,200-69,200(bilingual)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and determine DSM-V diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide therapy, case management, and discharge planning
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in peer consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
Unlicensed: MSW or equivalent; LMSW required and license-eligible
Licensed: LCSW,LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (CT); 2+ years outpatient experience
Additional requirements:strong diagnostic skills, cultural competency, ability to work independently, strong communication skills; bilingual/bicultural preferred.
