Collision Center Estimator in Brownsville, Texas at Hacienda Collision LLC

Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
• Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
• Ensure that the required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
• Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance.
• Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
• Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs.
• Prepare estimates following Insurance partner and company guidelines.
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
