Salary Range: $41,000 - $43,000 CAD per annum

Position Summary:
A seasoned receptionist/administrator dedicated to an excellent client experience. High energy and is great working with others. Excellent communicator with both clients and team members
What you will be doing:
- Provide high level client service and communication
- Responsible for creating invoices and taking payments
- Scan and link documents in multiple systems including our CHR (Collaborative Health Record) and scheduling software systems.
- Manage multiple schedules – booking, cancelling, and changing appointments
- Ability to follow procedure and take charge in an emergency (Fire Alarm, Evacuation, etc.)
- Supporting our Health Services team
- Flexibility to cover other shifts, when required
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Knowledge and Experience using QuickBooks is an asset
- Superior customer service skills a must
- CHR experience an asset
- Experience working in a Medical Clinic or similar is an asset
- Medical Aesthetics experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Hospitality experience is an asset
The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
