Type: Full Time

Location: INLIV - 1111 Olympic Way SE #217, Calgary, AB T2G 0E6

Salary Range: $41,000 - $43,000 CAD per annum

Position Summary:

A seasoned receptionist/administrator dedicated to an excellent client experience. High energy and is great working with others. Excellent communicator with both clients and team members

What you will be doing:

  • Provide high level client service and communication
  • Responsible for creating invoices and taking payments
  • Scan and link documents in multiple systems including our CHR (Collaborative Health Record) and scheduling software systems.
  • Manage multiple schedules – booking, cancelling, and changing appointments
  • Ability to follow procedure and take charge in an emergency (Fire Alarm, Evacuation, etc.)
  • Supporting our Health Services team
  • Flexibility to cover other shifts, when required

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs
  • Knowledge and Experience using QuickBooks is an asset
  • Superior customer service skills a must
  • CHR experience an asset
  • Experience working in a Medical Clinic or similar is an asset
  • Medical Aesthetics experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Hospitality experience is an asset

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
