Assistant Manager at Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC – Lawrenceville, Georgia

About the Role:

As a Assistant Manager, you will maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates, Attract and educate new tenants, Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, Update and improve properties to increase return on investment, Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion, Supervise and train property staff, Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, Review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress, Implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis, Prepare reports for market comparables within the surrounding area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification as a Property Manager (e.g., CPM, CAM) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
• Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and tenant communications.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize Yardi for tracking tenant information, rent collections, and financial reporting.
