Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Maintain security and safety and security for assigned areas
• Interfaces with homeowners, and their guests to enforce rules and control pool access.
• Maintain Daily activity logs (DAL) and records of occurrences, complete necessary incident reports, and may use a computer or smartphone to input and retrieve data.

Knowledge and skill requirements:
• Reliable transportation.
• Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., be able to read and write, to review and complete required incident reports.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background.
• Must be flexible to work any shift that includes some nights and weekends.

Esential Functions:
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to walk up and down stairs and on rough terrain.
